At Ft. Ben CrossFit we are more than just fitness. We are a unique team of certified coaches who have developed a family- a family who is supportive and constantly dedicated to guiding you towards your individual fitness goals.
Our 8,000 square feet facility houses barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other training equipment that is used to provide you the best training experience possible.
To put it simply- we believe passionately in what we do, and the service we provide.
